1. Service Coverage

We ship exclusively within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

​2. Order Processing & Dispatch

​Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).  

​Order Tracking: A tracking link and AWB number will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email once your package is dispatched.

​4. Shipping Charges

​Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹[Minimum Amount]. A flat fee of ₹[Standard Fee] applies to orders below this threshold.  

​Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to ₹[Max COD Limit]. A non-refundable COD handling charge of ₹[COD Fee] is applied at checkout.  

​5. Pincode Serviceability

We service over 28,000 pincodes across India via courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket). If your pincode is unserviceable, we will notify you within 24 hours and issue a full refund for prepaid orders.
